Small Group Sessions
Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Time Slots: 9:00-11:00am & 4:00-7:00pm

Location: TUFF Team, 3/84 Berriman Drive, Wangara

Cost: 1 Session per week is $30

2 Sessions per week is $55

3 Sessions per week is $70

Ages: 14+

5x Pack individual sessions is $400 (Save $100)

About Program
2022 is here and the work continues! If you are looking to continue or begin your Strength & Conditioning work, Coach Glossop is ready to get you started. 2021 was a huge success for the team and 2022 is going to be even greater! The membership caters for every athletes needs, goals, availability and budget!

Program Deliverables

The entire program is focused on Strength & Conditioning to prepare your body and excel your performance. Each athlete has their own personalised training program and gets it done under the supervision of Coach Glossop within a group setting. The program guarantees to improve your strength, power, jump, speed, fitness, agility, flexibility, mobility and much more!


Terms & Conditions

Payments must be made in advance prior to commencing training and you are required to pay for the week upfront. Coach Glossop will send through online payment orders via email each Sunday. It is your obligation to ensure you attend your sessions throughout the week. No sessions will be carried over to the following week, and you will forfeit any sessions missed each week. You can come in and complete your training during any times/days listed above. All athletes must be the age of 12 or older.
 

About Coach Glossop

Coach Jordan Glossop was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Since 2013 he has coached, lectured, learned and travelled all over the globe, however he always returns back to Perth to continue sharing his work with his home city.

 

Strength & Conditioning coaching has taken Jordan to the USA, Europe, Asia & of course throughout Australia; spanning cities all over including California, London, Wales, Birmingham, Spain, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and an ever growing list!
 

Jordan has been a gym owner, manager, international coach, academy coach, club head coach and individual athlete performance coach; working with professional, semi professional & amateur athletes across the globe.

Jordan has worked with basketball athletes in the NBA, WNBA, NBA G-League, Olympics, FIBA World Cup, EuroLeague, NBL, WNBL, NZNBL, NCAA, MSBL, WSBL, WABL, State Teams, D-League & FIBA 3x3. Jordan is has held the position of head strength and conditioning coach for the Farm Athletics and Winning Edge Academy, and is still the head coach for Skyplay Elite Academy.

Jordan has travelled the globe working and studying under the best athlete development coaches in the world in order to provide the best service to his athletes. A few notable coaching mentors who have helped teach Coach Glossop include David Alexander, Donnie Raimon, Jordan Lawley, Felix Flores, Jamie Reynolds, Brett Bartholomew, Sebastian Oreb, Dmitry Klokov, Eddie Hall, Ed Coan, Ari Pekka Lindberg, Luke McNally, Adam Richardson and the list goes on!

Coach Glossop travels to the USA and learns from the coaches looking after Lebron James, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, Dwayne Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Victor Oladipo, John Wall, Zach LaVine, Julius Randle, Thon Maker, Devin Booker and a continuing long list of NBA players. Knowledge and experience you can't get anywhere else, nor find here in Australia with any other coaches!

Jordan's passion for continually seeking knowledge is unmatched. Results, methodology, rapport and character means everything to Jordan and he takes great care of the legacy he leaves in his path.
